Learning Space Design Standards
Learning Space Design Standards have been developed by Campus Learning Environments (CLE) to facilitate, encourage and enable the use of active learning pedagogies throughout the University of Illinois at Chicago campus.
These design standards apply to new construction as well as to renovation of existing formal learning spaces at UIC. The Standards offer design direction to Faculty and Administrators, UIC Project Managers, and Design Consultants.
