About Us

The Office of Campus Learning Environments (OCLE) works with representatives from Academic Affairs and Administrative Services to address issues related to spaces of learning.

The charge of the OCLE is to enhance the physical environment in order to support excellence in teaching and learning. The OCLE is committed to creating physical environments which are welcoming and attractive, functional and flexible, multi-media capable and adaptable to future technologies. In addition to classrooms, the OCLE creates informal learning spaces for students designed to encourage interaction and exchange of ideas. These spaces are to incorporate sustainable design principles and be accessible for all users. Since the launch of the OCLE, we have renovated 150+ classrooms and created over 30 Oases for students. Give to Project Oasis.
